For Adults and Children: Use tip of the cap to break the seal and open tube. Wash your feet with soap and warm water and dry completely before applying. Squeeze out a quarter size dose onto the palm of your hand and gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed. Apply to affected areas once or twice daily. For faster results, cover the skin with cotton socks after evening application. Daily applications leaves skin softer, smoother and more resilient. Maximum benefits seen in 7 days. Store between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F).
