"I was pleasantly surprised by this operation as I thought I was just going to a CVS pharmacy. This is an amazing alternative to the urgent care or getting a visit at my regular NPs office. "Work on the wait time. I had a 10:40 am appt and was not out of the clinic (for vaccination) until 12 noon. Signage: Minute clinic had a large announcement outside saying that they did NOT have bivalent Covid vaccine --but they did. Check-in kiosk out of order, no one attending to waiting room. Just disorganized. Eventually got the care I needed (vaccination) in a medically safe manner."
