"While my issue wasnt completely resolved. My practitioner informed me this is normal for patients who have waited as long as I have to get wax removed. They tried their best to have it done anyway, while also caring for my needs during the procedure, as I got a bit dizzy. And in the end suggesting over-the-counter eardrops for a while and to return if no change occurred. Much appreciated service and will definitely return for future needs."

"The Nurse Practioner that took care of me was very professional, caring and was genuinely interested in what my symptoms were and also took time to answer all of my questions. I was seen a few minutes before my scheduled 10:40 appt and never felt rushed during the appt. I like that you can provide all of your information at home on the minute clinic website, prior to coming in, which allowed for a quick check-out. The only thing I would have preferred was an appt closer to my home. However, I chose to drive the extra distance (45 min ride) to this Minute Clinic because I needed to see a NP, as my symptoms were getting worse. It was worth the trip! "

Her practice options were limited by strict minute clinic guidelines, it may have been better to wait and see my md, she did recommend that I see md if not feeling better but she did not feel that a test or treatment was indicated. She listened well and communicated clearly. "
