Was turned away for diagnosis and treatment for 9 year old experiencing extreme discomfort. Nurse Practitioner, who was compassionate and apologetic and the only reason you get ANY stars, explained that they are not allowed to diagnosis and treat uti in FEMALES under 12. Even though when I made the appointment online I specifically chose UTI and I gave her BIRTH DATE. They still made the appointment. Now after all of the hours wasted to only get turned away, we are sitting in waiting room of urgent care with sick people coughing.

"Did at home sleep study. After follow up visit to find out next steps was given no direction on how to get cpap machine or what to get. Had to travel to 3 different stores to get all the parts and each time no one knew anything about the products or even if they had them. Very frustrating experience."

We have been here a few times for my children's illnesses and once for a school physical. We are very happy with the service provided.

No one to answer the phone when follow up is needed. Having to go through a call center four times with no returning calls horrible system never go back there again.
