I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, but I was not seen until approximately 40 minutes after my appointment time. After waiting that long, I was taken to the back and then informed that my insurance was not accepted. I was also told that I could not pay out of pocket for the visit. This was very frustrating, especially since I had already spent a significant amount of time waiting. I would have appreciated being notified about the insurance issue before my appointment or when I checked in so that my time was not wasted.
my score would be a 10 but for the awful seating arrangement and spotlights shining right in your eye in the minute clinic waiting area. -2 points, otherwise everything was clean and (too) bright.
The Minute Clinic sight didn't show where to make an appointment. After I signed in 3 people with appts went before me. While sick and coughing my head off, it was very frustrating.
The nurse practitioner was attentive & thorough in my evaluation of my condition. I was happy to be seen here since my primary care physician was unavailable.
I love the fact that I was able to make a same day appointment at the clinic and get my answers before I left. I didn't have to wait weeks to see my primary care. The doctor/nurse onsite was very professional and nice! I will definitely use the service again
