"My nurse practitioner [...] was amazing and compassionate. I presented with symptoms of kidney infection and she referred me to the hospital where I was admitted and had surgery. So thankful for her quick knowledge of the severity of my Illness and her referral. She kept a calm, reassuring demeanor. "

"I wanted to go to another clinic closer to my work, but they were booked for the day, even though there were no patients when I was there. I spoke to the provider, so I know there were no patients. Luckily the one close to my home had a slot available. I think I preferred when we didnt have to have an appointment "

"I felt first the nurse then the practitioner were truly interested in providing me good care. They asked great questions and explained things so well. Both at least once said just hoping to get you feeling better/some relief. I couldn't get the kiosk working and nurse just took me to room and completed process for me. I left there fully believing that I had the best experience I could have! Thank you. "
