"The online system was broken, which made my visit delayed. I had an appointment for 2:40, and when I got to the clinic and signed in, I was told my appointment was cancelled. Luckily the practitioner had time and was nice enough to see me anyways, but had this not been the case, I would have come to the clinic with no warning that my appointment was cancelled. The system should be fixed so that appointments do not get cancelled, and if they do, then patients should be notified of this before they get to the clinic."

"I went with two of my young children and the practitioner was kind, relaxed, and reassuring with all of us about to receive shots. Weve had a great experience every time weve brought our kids here for vaccines because the staff knows how to make it a non-scary experience."

"NP [...] was friendly, thoughtful, and listened thoughtfully, and recommended a course of treatment using OTC medications that immediately began to help ease the congestion and coughing I was experiencing. She really put my mind at ease that I wasnt suffering from Covid-19, the flu, or a sinus infection as I was concerned about long-term issues."

"[...] (spelling?) is a fantastic NP who I have seen at my local Minute Clinic a couple times now. She is patient, calm and thorough. The nurses at the clinic are also very warm and make the experience comfortable. This clinic is my first choice when I need to be seen soon and for mild illnesses."
