Placing orders

To get started placing an order, go to cvs.com/optical to select your brand and follow the steps provided on screen. If are having difficulty placing your order, CVS customer care can assist you. To contact customer care, call 1-833-287-5367.

Order status and shipping questions

To check the status of your order, you may visit the My Account page. Here you can see your order history and see the current status of your order.
From the My Account page, click on your order to expand the order details. Next to the order total you will see a "View Invoice" link. Click on this to open the invoice. You may print the download or print the invoice from there.
It may take up to 48 hours to process your order. To speed up the prescription verification process, provide a copy of your prescription image when you place your order. We will verify your prescription and ship your order as soon as possible.
We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) for FREE. Expedited shipping (3-4 business days) is available for $11.95.
Free Return Shipping:

For Contact Lenses Purchased Online, we want to make returns easy for you. Regardless of reason for the return, you can return unused contact lenses with free shipping, as long as they are sealed in their original packaging - within 1 year of the shipping date. This policy excludes previous purchases and purchases made in the Optical Centers inside CVS Pharmacy.

How to make a return:
  • Contact your CVS Optical Customer Service Representative Team at 1-833-287-5367 to request a return shipping label and we will email it to you within the same day.
  • You will receive a UPS shipping label with instructions on how to package your product to prevent damage and directions on how to send back your return.
  • In order to return the product you must utilized the emailed return label with RMA number. All returns sent without the emailed return label will not be eligible for return and refund will not be applied.
  • Within five business days after receiving your return with the supplied return label, CVS Optical will inspect your return and apply a credit to the original payment method and/or send your requested replacement free of charge. Some credit cards may take up to 10 days for credit to apply to your account.
CVS Optical reserves the right to make changes to or terminate this offer at any time. Free shipping on contact Lenses typically take 5 to 7 business days depending on prescription verification.
