I am fairly agile, and reasonable intelligent I think. But I spent 5 minutes trying to get the cap off. Does it unscrew? Do you need to squeeze it for Child Protection? Do you need scissors to cut off the tip? God only knows. I tried everything, Finally got scissors and cut off the whole top. Now the entire tiny amount all squeezed.
