    too expensive for a small tube

    ointment lasts only a few days for a small tube.....expensive product needs replacement in a few days.

    Ripped off

    I purchased the new pump style and found it almost empty. I was able to partially treat one cold sore.

    Awful pump design

    I've used abreva for years, until last year or earlier it came out in a pump packaging. No offence, but the design sucks. The cream is helpful still. As I know many have complained the same, but I still have to say, the pump design is just not working. I am not buying this product unless it goes back to the original squeeze packaging. The pump is horrible, so much comes out on every pump, it's just wasteful. Also, sometimes it splashes so far, making it impossible to use. I feel that abreva is going to have fewer income and customers just because of the packaging.
