They pretty fast medication.

Definitely sleep through the night
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was having a hard time sleeping because of a shoulder injury. Popped 2 of these and finally slept through the night. Definitely give yourself at least 8 hours to sleep though. If you have to wake up sooner than that, might be a little groggy. The pills themselves are small and easy to swallow.
