I purchased one and was so happy with product I purchased another 2. All was ok until i changed the refills. New batteries. The light comes on and NO MIST!!!!!!!. Love the Linen scent

One worked for a short time
I waited for a while before I decided to give it a try and it worked great at first. Once I replaced it with a refill it has not worked since. The blue light comes on but nothing comes out. I have changed out batteries and bought another refill just incase the one I had purchased had a defect, but stull nothing. I absolutely love the diffuser but!!
Listen the diffuser is great but it eats up 3 AA batteries pretty quickly. I'd love to see a version that has the open of being plug in, none of the plug in systems are anywhere close to this diffuser. I think the option of battery or power cable would be ideal.
