Gives some relief from arthritis knee pain.
As far as effectiveness, this product consistently gives relief for moderate pain, although it does not work for me on severe knee pain from arthristis.I have used this product for a while and fortunately have had no negative side effects.It is pretty expeensive for my taste, but worth it for the pain relief.
