My doctor recommended these as containing all the vitamins I need in one capsule. I was having problems taking many capsules and so far, this brand is one I can digest. Take with water since the capsule is a little large. I hadn’t been able to find these lately. When found, I purchased 2, didn’t notice the new and improved on the packaging.
