I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I only found because I was googling how to twist it up and it doesn't. Not sharpenable either. I used it three times and will now have to throw away for another brand. Color great but mechanics of pencil are horrible
I LOVE the color (plum) but I am SUPER frustrated and disappointed in the style of this pencil. Several reviews say the same thing - but it looks like Almay is not listening and making changes. This is an expensive eye pencil and again, the color is beautiful. But after one week of use, I had to search the internet on how to twist or get more of the eyeliner out. Apparently I have to sharpen it - nowhere on the packaging did it mention this. Also, the reviews show that people who have tried this - it doesn't work. Falls apart

Easy to put on

Defective
I can sharpen it BUT the eyeliner doe not work at all. I apply it to eye lid but it doesn't work its like the liner is dried up !! I purchased the same Almay product and it worked. Horrible Design
This is the worst eyeliner pencil design. Does not twist up like all other eyeliners. Packaging comes with absolutely no instructions on how to advance the liner stick up the tube nor how to sharpen the liner, other than "easy to sharpen". False. The Best!!!
I recently purchased every color except green. U fortunately, it loses the point when sharpened. I've tried y Chanel, Borghese, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Mac and Urban Decay with no success. I've used high end cosmetics for over 60 years and this eyeliner beats them all however, I'm apprehensive about trying any other Almay Products. What would it have cost them to manufacture a sharpener? Did anyone at the roundtable even suggest this or did they just send the product off to manufacture?
