I’m not sure why but I have never purchased brown liquid eyeliner before and i don’t know why…. This eyeliner was a game changer for me. I have very brown eyes and I love wearing brown pencil eyeliner. This eyeliner went on like a dream and was very smooth and easy to apply. The liner lasted throughout the day and the color stayed true.
