I've used many brands of disposable underwear and these are by far the best I've found yet. I wear them on a daily basis do to kidney problems and some brands after wearing all day everyday make my bottom sore but these fit snug no bulky issues with them at all. Great for paraplegics
Im 25 years old and was paralyzed in a car wreck. The hardest part of wheelchair life is bladder leaking. For someone my age it is scary to have to deal with wearing a product. This pant is very easy to hide from friends and usually holds all I need it to. Saved my integrity postpartum 10/10
These saved my integrity after giving birth to my first child. I was in labor for more than 24 hours, had been pumped with liquids, and after delivering my baby, NOBODY told me my bladder was not going to hold anything in while I waddled to the restroom. As I struggled to get out of bed, I felt my bladder empty itself and this underwear (wasn’t aware they had postpartum ones) saved me from feeling humiliated by what had just happened. The underwear was FULL and there was bot one single leak on the bed, the floor, nowhere. Small size was way too large

Great for men
I much prefer this product to Depend, even though Depend has a men's product. I like this underwear better because it has double leak guards and absorbency throughout the whole garment rather than in just the front or the middle. It does not feel like paper. It does not feel nasty when wet. Fit well and very absorbent
I’m a man and have tried many brands, these by far are the best, discreet, can’t tell you are wearing a diaper, feel like underwear, and can absorb a lot . And don’t leak.
