Comfy and Efficient Pad
I wear these (yellow) on your "lighter" flow days and I have the same one but in (green) for my "heavy" flow days. I like these because they don't chaff between my thighs and super comfortable without feeling like you're wearing a diaper. Most definitely faster and more efficient when you're in the public bathroom as theres only one plastic film/cover to handle. They absorb well for me and I just know to change out the pad every 2.5-4hrs with the green (medium-heavy flow) and 3-4hrs with the yellow (light flow).
