Instructions on inside. Too cumbersome for small women. I have 33 pads left of the overnight, 5. Quality now is very low
On the last 2 boxes I have found the the back of the pad has folded over on to it self and sticks and you are unable to correct it because if you try you rip it and and you loss the protection and you leak on to your under garments. Good capacity

Stays in place, no accidents
