So let's jump right into this one girlies, let's make it clear that I am a tampon girl but I came across these during an emergency I felt comfortable and didn't have to worry about a pad print because they are super super tin and extremely absorbent. Heavy periods w/out tampon

Game changer
Total game changer. I bleed HEAVY and pass a lot of thick clots. This is the only pad that catches clots fast enough to absorb it before it leaks. Other pads DO NOT compare and I have searched everywhere! Had I not come across and tried this pad, I would have resorted to Depends. Also, don't be fooled by the appearance of the pad. It may look clear and unused but it does such a great job at wicking that you think your pad is barely used. But take a look at the underside to see that infact it does its job. For me, I need to change every 2-3 hours.
