Light weight, comfortable and reliable.
I use these every month before my period when I start spotting. These are very light weight and flexible so I barely feel them at all. They do the job
Years ago I would use these at the end of a period. But now that that is no longer an issue, I still use one daily before I do my exercising. They are useful because at my age it's difficult to jump run, etc. without a little bit of leakage. These are very light and I would not recommend them if you need a lot of coverage, but just for light drips here and there, they are wonderful. I’m not a fan
The liners are advertised on the back of the package as thin and absorbent with a breathable layer. I didn’t realize that breathable meant not plastic backing. The first time I used one I leaked right through. I was disappointed with them and have leaked through on another occasion. I’ve never had that happen with a liner before.
