Definitely a superfood
I tried the Greens Blend Energy Lemon Line. Whenever you buy a powdered drink you have to figure out what works best for be it just. mixing it with water, adding it to a smoothie or a shake. I tried it with just cold water and I like it just like that. I didn't feel the need to anything. I used a shaker bottle and that worked fine. It’s tasty!
I added this to my protein powder drink in the morning as well as Into a green juice in the evening. For extra veggie punch.
