Didn’t make me feel good!
I took this for a week and every time I took it make my stomach ache! I did take after a full meal. Almost 39 and
The past year I have struggled with my anxiety, weight, irritability , lack of sleep, night sweats, cold flashes, no energy, and heart palpitations. My doctors were in denial that I was in perimenopause. I have tried this for only 20 days and have noticed an overall moderate to severe improvement. I’m more at ease. I have lost 10 lbs (my FUPA does not exist anymore), I have energy but when it is bedtime, I’m ready and I sleep through the night now! I still get night sweats but they are becoming less often, maybe once a week. I got cold flashes but they tend to not bother me anymore. It does work... But now I am beginning the stage of no period for 1 year. Which is AWESOME!! IN LOVE WITH AMBEREN
I am in love with amberen perimenopause, and have told many friends and family members about it! I’m 41, no real issues yet with hot flashes or mood swings, BUT I want to keep them at bay for as long as possible. I wasn’t sleeping well and was occasionally having bouts of dizziness during specific times during my cycle. -now, my goodness, I feel amazing. I sleep better, my heart palpitations have subsided (apparently this can happen during perimenopause/menopause) and I feel fully human, no brain fog! Lots of energy to get me through the day. Zero side effects. My period is predictable and lasts about 6 days every month. Hardly any cramps! I wish I had found this sooner, but I have been taking amberen now for about 8 months. Don’t be fooled by the one ingredient MSG, our bodies produce this naturally and can become off balance, causing a myriad of health issues. I will stick with amberen for the foreseeable future. No difference noticed

The best of the best !!
Awesome pills !!! Work great for me 👍 After trying several pills, although I am a bit difficult with medicines and pills and all that, I decided to try Amberen and definitely after the first week I was able to sleep all night, very mild flashes, I could notice my mood swings improved and were less frequent. Life changing!!
I was ready to lose my mind from perimenopause symptoms. I tried these and they are amazing!!! They started working within two weeks for me. I have my life and sleep back. I'm not longer about to rip into people for no reason or have overwhelming anxiety.
