Good in a pinch

Would not say its a dessert style protein bar but it does the trick on a quick protein snack in a pinch. Great for busy moms

It helped calm my morning hunger while I get my 3 kids ready in the morning not only taking me out of the hunger fog but also boosting my overall mood. high protein sweetness
