    Great to have instructions online.

    Just received my hearing aids really appreciated speaking with Jordan to help me get acquainted with the product. He was very patient to answer my questions. Also great to be able to speak with a real person quickly by phone. Thx you L Ladper

    Good device, hoping it works well for my dad!

    Rokka did a great job in presenting the Audien Atom X device. She did a great job explaining everything and was very patient helping my father understand and accept what he was told.

    Hearing Aids

    I bought the Atom X hearing aids because I liked the way that I could control everything from the case. They won’t stay in my ears. They recommend that I try smaller domes. I will try them and if they don’t work I will try the over the ear ones.

    Very professional!

    He was more helpful to me than 20 E-mails I received prior to today. I was very irate by the time I finally got put through to him. I was impressed with the way he handled my anger. Don’t let him go!!!

    A little trouble with whistling and not staying in my ear. Ash gave me some good tips to hopefully stop the prblems

    Attuned with Audien Atom ONE!

    I got a new pair of Audien hearing aids per my wife's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the device. My hearing ability was transformed and I was able to listen to conversations and new sounds that I was oblivious to as I hadn't worn my old pair in five years. I also began to modulate my voice as I was previously speaking in loud tones. A stellar consultation provided by Jourdan Rosero explained in detail how to adjust the hearing aids in specific settings as well as provide essential maintenance. I will be sure to recommend Audien hearing aids to my peers in need!
