We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the previous formula, but we sincerely apologize that the new one hasn't met your expectations, seeming to leave your hair feeling dry and tangled. This is certainly not the experience we aimed for, and we will pass along your feedback to our Quality Assurance Team as well as the rest of the Aussie Team. It might be helpful to know that with the new formula, to be in line with our responsible beauty goals, we've focused on including only those ingredients that have proven benefits for hair. Hair might feel dry if it's not conditioned adequately, so we recommend leaving the conditioner on for up to five minutes before rinsing. Also, be sure to apply a bit more product to the ends of your hair since they don't get as much natural oil from the scalp. You may also want to incorporate a conditioning treatment two to three times a week or try a leave-in conditioner for that extra boost of moisture. Plus, it's common for hair to get tangled, especially when trying to comb it while wet. Avoid piling your hair on top of your head, as that can lead to more tangling. To detangle, apply the conditioner directly to the dry and tangled areas and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, use a fine-toothed comb, starting at the tips and gently working your way up to the roots.
