To get the best results, you just have to make sure that your hair is perfectly dry, that you give it a couple minutes to work and that you THOROUGHLY brush it out of your hair. If your hair is especially dirty, you can repeat the process. It's the next best thing to shampooing, especially for time-crunched people. And, it can be used by both men and women.
