The container was sealed but pads completely dry when I opened the container. I did try using the product as it came from the container but it did not remove any eye makeup. The pad was still clean and white. I used the pad to apply liquid eye makeup remover and successfully cleaned eye makeup. I will not purchase this product again.1 users found this review helpful.
