The container was sealed but pads completely dry when I opened the container. I did try using the product as it came from the container but it did not remove any eye makeup. The pad was still clean and white. I used the pad to apply liquid eye makeup remover and successfully cleaned eye makeup. It was out of date and dried up!
I bought this to take on vacation with me. When I opened it, it was all dried up. Works as well or better than name brands

Disappointed in product.
Had purchased these pads in the past and they were good, soft to the touch and did the trick. The pads are now a much stiffer, scratchy feeling material, almost feeling abrasive.
