I purchased this lotion because it was supposed to be a generic of the old formula Lubriderm lotion. The lotion itself is good. Light and fluid, and absorbs well. But I couldn’t get past the strong, chemical “unscented” smell. So happy I found this
Lubriderm WAS my all time favorite body lotion. That is, until the company drastically reformulated it, completely transforming their formerly glorious product into a waxy, disgusting mess that never absorbs. I was so pleased to discover this CVS version that contains the original ingredients of Lubriderm. I honestly can't detect a difference between this product and the original Lubriderm. I wish they also made the Advanced Therapy variety, but I am delighted to have found this and am no longer in a desperate search for a replacement of my beloved original formula Lubriderm.
