BryceReviewed 3 years agoI'm a guy who has had a lot of surgeries and takes a lot of medication for nerve damage. The Anesthesia from surgeries impacts your lungs, teeth and skin. My meds tend to dry out my skin. This all makes getting black and white heads out of my pores. I use this exfoliating pad with Alba Botanical Detox Scrub & Cleanser made from Volcanic Clay. These have done a great job at clearing up my skin. Just don't press extra hard.
