Love this thing!
After not being able to hear out of my right ear I had enough and wanted to find something to clear it out when I found this one only available near me , after buying it and charging it for only about 20 minutes it was fully charged and worked perfectly. Best $40 ever spent as the camera showed everything and the sponge tip was easy in my ear and didn't hurt as much as others.10/10 definitely recommend for wax buildup!!

Good: It works and it's reasonably straightforward to use. If you need to look in your ear (or some other orifice) and you want to have a variety of tools to manipulate things while looking, this will do the job. Bad: Mediocre software. Shows ads (this is not disclosed on the box)! You have to connect to the device's local WiFi network every time you use it. Tools are too long, so, for me and my ear canals, I can't get the camera into a position where I can see what I'm working on without puncturing my eardrum. Only one of the included attachments is metal, the others are plastic. Given the software, the advertisements, and the ergonomic issue I would have a hard time recommending this to people, but it is on the shelf at your local CVS and that may make the difference.

¡INCREÍBLE!
This thing is amazing! I purchased for my infant son who kept having ear infections and recently had tubes placed. I was so interested in his ears and keeping them clean my husband purchased this. And I'm so happy he did!!! We can see my baby tubes and we also saw in my husband ears the wax buildup that's been causing his heating issues!!!
