Something changed in your brownie mixes, I bought mixes two different times at different stores and did not get the quality I use to. Brownies are dry, less in the box. Please bring back original
This new formula is absolutely awful. Dry. Cakelike. I threw them away. You destroyed the best brownie mix ever. Directions don’t work at all
I have been soaking out oil, adding flour, stirring, increasing heat, adding time… I don't think that an instant mix should be this hard to use. Gross
Taste and texture of this product have changed. It is absolutely disgusting. Has anyone at Betty Crocker actually tried this product? This was something you were proud of? Seriously? Tastes different in a bad way

Hate the change!
The change you made to your fudge brownie mix made it not good! Now it is more cake like, and doesn't taste half as good as it used to taste. I will also switch to another brand, which I would have never dreamed of doing. These were my favorite for years. My wife cooked your brownies using the best ingred
My wife cooked your brownies using the best ingredients and after cooking for 28 minutes and then cooling for a few minutes he had to use his bandsaw to cut them in squares. They were so hard you couldn't eat them. These were my go to brownies for the last 15 years
These were my go to brownies for the last 15 years. Came out perfect every time. People would rave about my brownies. Just made them the other day and I noticed the cooking time was different. They came out cake like. What happened to the fudgy-ness?!? I'm so upset. Will have to search for a new favorite brand now, because this isn't it.
