They used to be a deeper color, better texture and more flavorful. Now they are almost bright white in color, cakey texture without the same deep flavor. Hello! I believe baking the muffins in a non stic
Hello! I believe baking the muffins in a non stick light colored cupcake pan at 400 degrees is too hot. I set the timer for 15 minutes and took the muffins out of the oven a minute 15 seconds early. They appeared to be getting too brown on the top and I was concerned they would be dry. My oven bakes very accurately. I suggest testing the mix at 375 degrees because it may bake better.
