TREATMENT - To begin treatment:

1) attach the tens pads by laying the device down with the electrodes facing up, take a gel pad, remove one of the protective films from the adhesive, and attach the exposed adhesive side of the gel pad to one of the electrodes

2) attach the tens machine securely to your lower abdomen and press and hold the power button to activate the device - at this point, the LED heat indicator will flash green as it heats up - press the power button again to activate the TENS function

3) the TENS indicator LED will flash and you can use the arrows to adjust to your desired intensity
