Okay I'm giving it a 4 just because of this new formula after the package change... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good, I enjoy the sweet smell of the shampoo - just keep in mind it doesn’t lather up and get super sudsy like other shampoos. Rinses out easy. Hair feels clean and refreshed! I have wavy/curly hair that tends to frizz, and this does seem to tame it a bit. Itchy scalp
Not for me. Gave 1 star for the clean smell but this shampoo made my scalp itch so bad. I used it a few times to see if it was just an adjustment period and it wasn’t. Good but it may not be color safe
This is a good shampoo. Smell is pleasant and not too strong. This plus the conditioner will leave your hair hydrated and healthy. My only concern is that the NEW shampoo bottle doesn't indicate that it is color safe, for color-treated hair anywhere on the bottle. I dyed my hair a few days ago and shampooed it using this shampoo, and a lot of color came out. Is this shampoo still color safe? Scalp Reaction After Continued Use
I loved the products so much that I ended up buying the larger bottles. But after using the bigger bottles, my scalp started itching badly. I couldn’t stop scratching. I had to stop using the products, and the irritation slowly got better. Silky shampoo
