Helps my dry mouth.
I have the driest mouth lately. It is affecting my teeth! My hygienist recommended a similar product with fluoride, but it was sold out, plus I have fluoride trays so decided on this. It refreshes my nasty mouth very well. I haven't tried the competition yet, but once I find something I like, I don't stray far.
