just ehh!
This eye liner has a great consistency when you first open the package but shortly after it just drys out completely. I love black radiance

I am terrible with
I am terrible with liquid eyeliner and I haven't found the perfect pencil. I decided to give this a try to see if it was easier for me. I love it! It applies smoothly and easily either with the included brush (for a thicker line) or a thinner eyeliner brush. It is a nice soft black that lasts until I take it off. This needs a better
