[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used over prelightened highlights and fading fashion colors, great results! I previously used the bleach kit from the same company to create the highlights and originally put green and purple over the highlights. I waited to test this product until the Manic panic colors we used faded some to show what it would do for those who might be curious! Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister has her cosmetology license so I typically only tone my hair with shades eq. I was very intimidated to use this toner because box toners usually damage my hair. This left my hair very dry and frizzy. I also didn't notice a big change in my color. worked great

I would've done mine but I dyed mine purple a couple days before finding out this was going to be sent to me. It didn't damage his hair any extra after bleaching. Made my hair blonder
