My starting hair color was a dark brown with light brown pieces. I followed the instructions on the box very carefully. The color on my roots ended up looking like a brown copper, and my ends are just straight up a dark purple/violet color. I also notice there was barely any lifting at all either of my original color. Works

vivid berry on black hair
i have naturally black virgin hair. i used like half the bottle on the underside of my hair ( i used a lot i know) and left it on for 1 hour ( a lot of time i know). Overall it made my hair a bit purple but its kind of hard to see. but its there and for a no bleach dye to do this is amazing. Not so Vivid berry
I dye my hair purple every October 16, the day I found out that I was cancer free ,now 9 years. I chose your brand as a little less harsh color. well it didn't come out anything like any description on the box, even after letting it stay on the extended amount of time. My experience

Nice color but kinda damaging
I used this on my undamaged hair and it made it feel 100x worse. The color was great and lasted a few times or straggling and going in the pool. pretty good dye but can damage. My new go to
Pleasantly surprised to actually find a dye that comes out purple! It’s almost color changing, looks very purple in some lights and fuchsia out in the sun. I may have a new go to dye and color. I felt like the process didn’t damage my hair as well. Do not be scared of how bright pink it looks in the bottle!3 users found this review helpful.
