I just had it mixed with room temperature water and did not like it that much. Now I make it up 4 hours earlier and refrigerate it and it's delicious cold. And I also mixed it with my collagen powder too. Each serving (45 gm) Has 30 gm protein (Whey Protein Concentrate & whey protein Isolate. 6 gm of this Is BCAA's) I use it twice a day & add 1 tsp of fiber.
