As a single mom of a toddler, it gets tricky to make sure I am staying healthy and hydrated sometimes. These electrolyte powder sticks easily dissolve and mix into water. It tastes amazing without any terrible after taste. Great, hydrating, feel good product!

I wasn't thirsty during my 8 mile run at all! I also tried it as a recovery drink and it worked very well for that too! Best Powder Hydration Mix I've Had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to stray away from powder drink mixes as I usually find that they don't dissolve completely and I end up not liking the powdery texture that gets left behind. This powder however does completely dissolve and the texture is great. The powder itself goes a long way; I use half a packet for a 24 oz Starbucks cup and the taste is perfect. I wouldn't recommend using a whole packet unless it is a lot of water as the taste might be too strong. I'm also not a huge fan of most artificial strawberry flavoring, but this one is really refreshing and tastes great. Overall it's really delicious and a great product. My boyfriend tried it as well and really enjoyed it (he had the rest of the packets that came in the box lol).
