My doctor suggested I add more protein to my diet. After trying many protein drinks I found Boost to be by far the best. The "flavors" are all good but I have settled on StrWberry Cream as my favorite. I actually look forward to my protein drink. Almost like a treat.

Boost supports good nutrition.
Boost gives me a shot of protein in the mid or late morning. It's just enough to hold me over until a late lunch.

Taste nothing like Cinnabon
I can't say these taste bad but they have no resemblance to Cinnabon whatsoever. Also, compared to other Boost products these are very thin and watery. I will not be purchasing again.
