Boost works as I have expected
I care this with me in my purse. When I have a coughing spell (allergies are horrible) I will use Boost after to help regulate my breathing. I will also use it after I have "hit" my inhaler during an asthma attack. I love this stuff!
I am 63 years old … overweight and out of shape … I am not ill and I am not on oxygen … when I stress myself physically, I can occasionally get out of breath or just breathe hard … working in the yard, sweeping and mopping the floors, putting away lots of laundry, whatever … just being able to take a few breaths of Boost oxygen makes my "recovery" much faster and I feel much better than I would if I didn't use it. I also take the small size with me on vacations just in case I get winded while walking around as a tourist!
