I've been a long time, loyal customer of Bounty. I never considered another product, until now. without question, you are now producing the product with less quality - thinner, tears irregularly, less absorption - simply cheaper. I am now shopping around. Shame on you.Respuesta de bountytowels.comHace 2 semanasHi Jack, thank you for being a longtime Bounty customer and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that Bounty Select-A-Size Paper Towels did not provide the quality and performance you've come to expect. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product seems thinner, tears irregularly, or doesn't absorb as well as expected. Consumer feedback is very important to us, and we'll be sure to share your comments with our team.
