Carb smart bars
I love the carb smart Bars. Love the new strawberry one. My hop is the mint chip one will return! They fit perfect into my Weight Watcher plan. Do your math.
The fudge bars contain 17 grams total carbohydrates, 4 grams fiber, and 8 grams sugar alcohol. To get total Net carbs, you subtract the fiber and the sugar alcohol from the total carbs. For it being a low carb and low calorie option, it doesn't taste bad. My daughter even sneaks a bite and asks for one (but I'm like nah they too expensive to share haha) it is a smooth and creamy texture. Great little bars and tasty. Good for someone who has diabetes.
I'm diabetic and I have a little grandkids. These are a fan favorite at my house. Carb count is sus
They taste great but I don't understand how they only have net 3 carbs. There are 10 carbs. 3 fiber.
