Wonderfully Convenient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Brita pitcher is perfect for having filtered water either on a trip or for houses with a smaller fridge! I used mine while staying in a hotel for the weekend and didn't feel like buying a bunch of bottles water. The filter worked perfect for making the hotel tap water drinkable to my level of taste. Game changer

Since the filter indicator light isn't working, here are a few things to try: -Make sure the lid is fully seated on the pitcher. If it's not aligned correctly, the indicator may not activate. -Check the battery tab. Some units have a small plastic tab that needs to be removed before the indicator works. -Reset the indicator: Press and hold the reset button for about 8 seconds until all the lights blink, then release. You should see one green light flash, meaning it's been reset. If you've tried these steps and the issue continues, we'd be happy to help further. Just ok
I have the Target Exclusive lilac pitcher. The light on the pitcher has never worked and there is always black specks in my water.Reply from JefferyHace 3 mesesThanks for sharing your experience, Sandra. Let's try a few quick steps: For the light not working: Ensure the lid is fully seated. If your unit had a battery tab, make sure it was removed. Reset the indicator by holding the button for 8 seconds until all lights flash. For the black specks: This can happen if the filter wasn't rinsed properly before use. We recommend soaking the filter in cold water for 15 minutes, then running it under cold water for 20 seconds before reinserting it.
