My child has been using this toothbrush set for about 3 years now and doesn’t want to let it go. Recently, the toothbrush handle stopped working because water got into the battery compartment. I think the toothbrush is designed well but the battery cap may have been placed on backwards causing this issue. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement set. I’m glad they were able to do this because I had just purchased replacement heads and it was just the battery compartment that was damaged. It was shipped quickly. My six-year-old was so excited to use his new toothbrush.! Because the toothbrush head has two vertical slits, water and toothpaste slips in and shoots out at the base of the toothbrush head all over him. Best Kids Toothbrush Set
On a scale from 1-5, I would rate this kid's toothbrush a 5. I love that it has a cover for the head, the smaller head size for my daughter's mouth, the rinsing cup, and ESPECIALLY the timer and sticker chart. Brushing time has gotten better and she is more motivated to brush regularly. Great Kids Toothbrush
