    What happened to the Watermelon??!?

    Please bring back the Watermelon shade. I have used it for years and it was perfection. The formula recently felt different, and while it is still good, the original felt slightly more pigmented. This lip shimmer outperforms even the most expensive lipsticks. The shimmer lasts, keeps lips moisturized, and never dries them out. The Watermelon shade was especially special. It was not red and not brown, but a beautiful mauve that worked perfectly for a professional setting and transitioned effortlessly to an evening or dinner look. What truly set this product apart is that it never created that white buildup or gunky line on the inner lip, even after hours of wear. This happens with almost every lipstick or balm I have tried, including luxury brands, but never with this one. It is incredibly disappointing to see this shade may have been discontinued. Please bring it back. There is nothing comparable.

    What happened to fig? I've been using the fig lip shimmer for 20 years. It's the only color that is just right.

    Where is Cocoa??

    Love, love Coca lip shimmer. It's such a great color! I can NEVER find it in store and now not on the website. So disappointed! Yes I'm on the wait list. Reading reviews it is a super popular color so why is it taking so long? As a redhead this is the only color that works for me. Please hurry!! 😞

    Best shade ever! Cocoa rules!

    Bring back Cocoa! Please make a lot of it and bring it back all year long! I love this shade and wear it constantly! It’s my favorite lip balm! Make this in a big size please. People will buy it and I will buy lots of it! I am begging you!!!

    WE NEED COCOA BACK!!!

    Why did you discontinue cocoa lip shimmer? It was my all-time favorite lip product and I have been looking out for it for a LONG TIME now, with no luck. There are many others here who are asking for it too, so I don't understand why would you discontinue it? And why not bring it back? Why??? Can someone from Burts Bees please explain? What do you have to gain by discontinuing such a popular product? It just doesn't make sense that you would make your customers wait forever and keep looking for this and join your wait list when you can just bring it back, keep it in stock, keep customers satisfied and make money?

    No Cocoa Again!

    What happened to Cocoa? My wife alone should keep this color in business. We bought 48 last time you finally brought it back. I was going to order another 12 for her Christmas stocking this year. I knew I was on rocks when I didn't see Cocoa in stores. Please bring back!
