    Cocoa color is more orange now

    I was so excited about Cocoa being back that I purchased 10 tubes, only to discover that the formula changed--it used to be a deep brown/purple now it's a brown/orange. Why?? Now I have ten tubes of a not-very-flattering color of lipstick. I am so sad.

    New owners again?

    I love the lip shimmers but now you went and messed with a good thing. I recently bought a new rhubarb though I still have a little left. The package is a very dark pink color, open it and the lip color is mauve. Applied it and nothing but some clear shine. Even on my hand it barely shows color. I tried my old one, and definite pink color. You don’t fix what isn’t broken! These are loved by loyal customers and you are just pushing us away. Isn’t it enough that you stopped the makeup line now you’re messing with the ingredients in the lip shimmers probably to save money. Make it make sense.

    No joke-I am heartbroken over this

    Why why why would you do this?! How is it ok to get me absolutely fixated on the FIG LIP SHIMMER for 14 years and go and cancel it?! I had an auto ship! I stocked up every time I saw it at a store. When I find the right thing that’s it! I don’t even look like me anymore. This is just terrible! Please fix this and I will fix my review and give an abundance of praise.

    What happened to the Watermelon??!?

    Please bring back the Watermelon shade. I have used it for years and it was perfection. The formula recently felt different, and while it is still good, the original felt slightly more pigmented. This lip shimmer outperforms even the most expensive lipsticks. The shimmer lasts, keeps lips moisturized, and never dries them out. The Watermelon shade was especially special. It was not red and not brown, but a beautiful mauve that worked perfectly for a professional setting and transitioned effortlessly to an evening or dinner look. What truly set this product apart is that it never created that white buildup or gunky line on the inner lip, even after hours of wear. This happens with almost every lipstick or balm I have tried, including luxury brands, but never with this one. It is incredibly disappointing to see this shade may have been discontinued. Please bring it back. There is nothing comparable.
