This stuff actively dries my lips out. I've tried everything, maybe I was putting on too much? I'd put some on just one lip and rub them together, nope. Too much feels like a uncomfortable sheen on my lips. After having applied it, about 20-30 minutes it feels like I need more and if I put it on before I sleep I wake up with the worst feeling on my lips. IMHO this is Burt’s Bees best lip balm. I use it every day and in the winter I also smear it onto my cuticles.
